Black shoulders for Terminators, blue robes and shoulders for Libs, grey helms for Interceptors etc. One thing that you could still do for regular Grey Knights is give the paladins a cape and tassels, and/or use the Age of Sigmar Stormcast (Sigmarines) to replace them. They look even more grand and powerful than regular terminators.
Paint raised robe areas with Caliban Green, leaving the wash in the recesses. Highlight robes by painting with warpstone glow, ensuring that the paint is very thin. Apply several layers, gradually reapplying over the most raised areas to give it the highlight. Edge highlight all grey areas with Mechanicus Standard Grey, leaving wash in recesses.
