Yes! Mexico City is safe to travel for families. It’s actually pretty kid-friendly too, considering it’s one of the world’s major cities. There are loads of museums and parks, filled with families. Gene the OP was travelling to Antalya today. Naturally she was concerned, but Antalya is a very long way away from the affected region of SE Turkey. My problem was with the poster who has withdrawn her comment asking would it be safe to go to Antalya in June, hence my response # 6. 13.
